ZAP! BANG! KAPOW!
I'm unleashing my inner superheroes and fundraising for Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital!
I have been a Holland Bloorview Ambassador since I started school there in Junior Kindergarten. My experiences at Holland Bloorview have taught me so much over the years and I'm excited to help raise funds so they can continue the amazing work they do with and for kids and youth with disabilities and complex medical needs.
Over the years at Holland Bloorview I have had so many experiences and met so many people who have impacted my life. I've learned to swim, participated in camps and Arts and Music programs, I learned to drive a powerwheelchair which gave me independence, I've recovered from surgery as an inpatient and now I'm a Co-Op Student working in the Foundation.
When I reach my fundraising goal, I'll wear my cape during Capes for Kids week (February 28th-March 7th, 2025).
You can be a hero too, by donating! Together, we will:
- Help kids with disabilities move, explore, play and heal through therapy, programs and services.
- Support transformative research that enhances care, develops assistive technologies and evaluates barriers that restrict the inclusion of children with disabilities.
- Create an accessible, inclusive, equitable and stigma-free world for kids and youth with disabilities.
