About Holland Bloorview:
As Canada’s hospital for children with disabilities, we combine world-class care, transformational research and academic leadership in pediatric disability. Every year we help over 9,500 kids and youth with disabilities and complex medical needs access care that focuses on their physical, mental and emotional well-being, and we power their infinite potential and possibility. Together we dream big. Together we dare to shape the future of disability health care for kids.
Dare to Wear a Cape
Calling all Superheroes! 💙🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️
The League of Extraordinary Insurance Women and Friends is incredibly proud to once again suit up for Capes for Kids in support of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.
Every year, we are reminded of why this campaign matters so much. Holland Bloorview is a place where courage, creativity, and possibility come together—and where kids and families find the support they need to thrive. The work HB does is life‑changing, and we get to be part of that impact.
Our team brings the insurance industry together with heart, energy, and a whole lot of capes! Whether you’re fundraising, donating, spreading the word, or cheering us on—you’re helping create a world that’s more accessible, inclusive, and full of opportunities for kids with medical complexities and disabilities.
We've raised over $400,000 in the past nine years! Can we raise $100,000, together, this year?
Let’s make this our strongest year yet.
Let’s show up with generosity.
Let’s inspire each other.
And above all… let’s be a little silly along the way.
Dare to join us!
Thank you for being extraordinary. #BetterTogether
—Kadey and Eileen, your caped captains!
